Abstract
What does it mean “Allergy”? It means that our immune system has a very high sensitivity. If this factor takes important place for a person, it is a form of disease. Usually, we can see it on our skin. In this case the integument will be covered with the small scales. They provoke an annoying effect when a man wants to scratch a skin from time to time. Unfortunately, for the present day there is not any effective way to cure this disease because of many both outside and inner factors which take place. From the one side it is the specific property of the human organism, and from the other side it is the influence from the food and our environment. There is some useful information connected with the allergy in this article which can help for a person may be partly avoid such negative influence of the allergy or even eliminate it at all.
