Journal of Dermatology and Advanced Skin Research

About

The Journal of Dermatology and Advanced Skin Research is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal committed to publishing high-quality research and innovative findings in all areas of dermatology and skin-related sciences. The journal was established with a vision to serve as a premier platform where clinicians, researchers, academicians, and healthcare professionals can share their discoveries, exchange knowledge, and advance the understanding of dermatological health and disease.

In today’s rapidly evolving medical landscape, dermatology stands at the intersection of basic science, clinical medicine, and cosmetic innovations. Skin diseases impact millions of individuals globally, influencing not only physical health but also psychological well-being and quality of life. Recognizing this, our journal aims to highlight both traditional and emerging perspectives in dermatology—ranging from clinical practice to laboratory-based experimental research.

Aim & Scope

The aim of the Journal of Dermatology and Advanced Skin Research is to foster knowledge exchange and provide a credible platform for disseminating cutting-edge research in dermatology and related disciplines. The journal covers a broad scope including clinical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, dermatopathology, skin immunology, pediatric dermatology, hair and nail disorders, dermato-oncology, photodermatology, wound healing, and regenerative skin therapies. We also welcome research on new diagnostic techniques, drug development, nanotechnology applications in skin care, and the role of biotechnology in dermatological sciences. By encouraging original research, reviews, case studies, and innovations, the journal seeks to empower dermatologists, researchers, and healthcare providers to translate scientific insights into real-world clinical practice, thereby enhancing the quality of life for patients and promoting global skin health.
